Veyla Manage · for independents

Plans, members, direct debit.

For an independent club without a member system: memberships, plans and holds, direct debit that runs itself, and a front desk that sees what it needs to. In the same calm app as the door.

Manage is for independents. Chains keep their member system.

If your clubs already run on a member platform, that platform stays the system of record and Veyla Access attaches to it. Manage exists for the club that has nothing to migrate from. How Access attaches to your system

What it does

01

Plans and holds

Weekly, fortnightly or monthly plans, 24/7 or staffed-hours access, a hold when someone travels, a cancellation when they leave. Each plan says which doors it opens and when.

02

Members

One record per person: their plan, whether they’re paid up, what they badge with, and their visits. Search by name at the desk, tap into the detail on your phone.

03

Direct debit that runs itself

The mandate is set up at join. Payments collect on schedule; a failed one is retried and you’re told, in plain words, who and why. No spreadsheet to keep honest.

04

Front-desk roles

The owner sees everything. The front desk sees members, plans and today’s door, not billing settings or the camera clips. Invite staff from the app; revoke the same way.

The one rule

A paid-up member's face, fob or PIN opens the door. A lapsed one's doesn't. There is nothing to sync, nothing to export, no list to keep up to date, because the plan and the door are the same record.
  • Paid upDoors open on their plan's hours
  • On holdDoors closed until the hold ends
  • Payment failedA grace period, then the door closes, and you're told
  • CancelledCredentials revoked; face data destroyed after a short grace period

Joining

A new member gets a link from your gym. Everything happens on their phone, in order, and the door is ready before they are.

01

Sign

The membership agreement, read and e-signed on their phone.

02

Pay

Direct debit set up in the same breath. The first payment schedules itself.

03

Face, if they like

Consent first, then one selfie. Or a fob or PIN instead, just as good.

04

Walk in

The door already knows them. Nothing to hand over at the desk.

Kept deliberately small

No class timetables, no retail, no email marketing.

Manage does the part that decides whether a door opens, and does it calmly. If you need more than that, you probably already have a member system, and Veyla Access works with it.

Tell us how many members and doors you have. We'll tell you whether Manage fits, or whether Access on your existing system is the better fit.
